Therapy That Goes Deeper Than Coping Skills

Healing isn't about learning to hide symptoms.

It's about understanding why they developed in the first place.

Christina integrates evidence-based approaches that help clients move beyond surface-level change and address the root of long-standing emotional patterns.

Modalities include:

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Post-Induction Therapy

Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Family Systems Therapy

Every treatment plan is tailored to each client's experiences, goals, and relationships.

Support matters.

When appropriate, Christina incorporates partners and family members into the therapeutic process through a Family Systems approach.

Healing often becomes more sustainable when the people closest to you understand the patterns, learn healthier ways to communicate, and become part of lasting change.

You Don't Have to Figure It Out Alone

If you've spent years feeling stuck in the same cycles with food, your body, your relationships, or yourself.

Therapy can help you understand what's driving those patterns and begin creating something different.

Healing starts with one conversation.
